Description
Bowen 2 includes three two-bedroom apartments in a beautiful city neighborhood of Oshkosh, close to a public library, park, and on a city bus line. Transportation is provided to local activities such as the YMCA, shopping, bowling, restaurants, and vocational and educational day programs.
